How do I enter through the gates?Download the Vizpin Smart App on your phone and ensure that Bluetooth is turned on. When you're near the door, open the app and tap the "Open" button to unlock it. The door will close automatically after you enter.

Refund Policy?No refunds are available. If you choose an annual plan and decide to cancel, the cost for the months already used will be deducted from the total amount paid.

What times are you open for service?We’re open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If needed, 24/7 access is available year-round. To ensure safety, our gate access system records all access to and from the premises.

Is a deposit required?No deposit is required. However, if you choose to sign up for the annual plan, full payment must be made upfront at the start.

Are long-term contracts available?Yes, we provide both short-term and long-term contract options to accommodate your needs. Whether you prefer month-to-month flexibility or a longer commitment, we have a plan that works for you.

What documents are necessary for storage?You'll need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. Depending on the type of storage or rental, additional paperwork may be required. For any type of Vehicle storage, copy of vehicle registration required
